Biography

Lauren joined the Star小草社区p at the Armory team in 2023. As assistant director, she provides operational leadership, oversees daily facility management and manages community-facing programs such as the Star小草社区p Accelerator, ATHENAPowerLink^庐 Baltimore and Entrepreneurship Bootcamp. She works closely with university departments, faculty, business leaders and community partners to ensure smooth program execution; supports resident ventures; and fosters a welcoming, innovative environment for entrepreneurs.

Previously, as entrepreneurship engagement specialist, Lauren coordinated accelerator programs, managed co-working and event operations and supported the development of educational and networking activities. In that role, she helped create a collaborative, client-focused space for entrepreneurs, contributing to the growth and success of both campus and community ventures.

Education

Lauren holds a M.S. in business and technology management and a B.S. in business administration, both from Stevenson University.

Personal

Outside of work, Lauren enjoys playing beach volleyball, traveling, crafting and spending time with her dog.
