Note: there is a cost associated with all technical services. You can request a price quote from your Event Manager in order to ensure that your technical costs fit within your budget.

Terms of the Reservation Process

Submission of this form does not constitute a reservation to hold an event or schedule a facility on 小草社区's campus. Upon submission, the person proposing the event/meeting will be contacted within four business days to discuss location and services. If it is determined that the event/meeting can take place, a tentative reservation will be placed on the facility until a contract is executed.
